Now I am re-posting from the longs board but liked what I read from someone who saw things in Franklin 1st hand. I guess there can be a few reliable posters in a sea of, whatever they are…

I am about to give a bit of advice that I have already followed myself. If anyone connected with this board has a true interest in this company succeeding with their game/business plan then PLEASE stop calling and or e-mailing the CEO/President on a daily basis. If your interests are sincere then spend a couple hundred bucks for a plane ticket and see the operation in person. I know, I know, $200 will buy several shares right now, but my guess is most folks already have alot more than that invested so why not take the plunge and go for a visit. Might clear up a few things--might not, but you will not know unless you go.

While there ask any questions you like but keep in mind all may not be answered due to confidentiality concerns. When I visited with John Fleming before Christmas, he answered what he could answer and no more! He did mention that he received on the order of 600 e-mails a day from investors. Personally, I would rather see him take care of the day-to-day business of running the company, securing deals, and reaching profitability but, who am I? He said he tried to answer somewhere around half or more of those questions posed to him and the rest were repititious meaning the same question had been asked before many times by the same person.

He also expressed concerns over investors e-mailing CC on a regular basis concerning the pilot program as well as those individuals that took it upon themselves to make flyers with GZFX and CC logos and then proceed to hand them out at CC pilot stores early in the program. (You know who you are I'm sure)! He said he understands people wanting to help but they really need to leave it up to GZFX and CC to work out the details. Well, guess what, here we go again.

People are taking it upon themselves to e-mail/call companies and pepper GZFX with e-mails. Please folks give it a rest or at least go to Franklin for a visit. Nashville airport is about 1 hour from GZFX headquarters. Fly in and rent a car. It's a nice drive.

Let me be forthwright with folks now so maybe there will not be any future confusion on the subject. Fleming and Gallent could care less how many shares someone/anyone holds in this company. It's not that they are unappreciative, it's the fact the some of the biggest shareholders are being a bit pushy with their questions and/or demands. Seems that they feel with the money they invested in GZFX a little better or quicker treatment is in order. Whether you own a 100 shares or 100 million shares, they're glad you are invested but will not give preferential treatment to anyone based on shares owned or at least that's my take after having visited with them.

I was really quite happy to just lurk here on this new board as RB had gotten way out of hand, but after reading some of the recent posts from the past 2-3 days I felt I should speak up. I really feel this company will succeed but am worried if some people continue their mission because they feel they deserve to be better informed then their actions may jeopardize the collective efforts of GZFX (JMHO). If you're a daytrader you may want to look for another penny to play. If your're a long like me then I think we ought to at least give the company until the end of 2006. If you're uncomfortable with that time horizon then maybe you need to sell and move on.

Once again, I implore you to please stop with the" I own so many shares and I want answers" e-mails or any other e-mails for that matter as it takes time away from Fleming trying to run this company. Besides, for those with mucho dollars invested what's a plane ticket to Nashville--a drop in the bucket--right?? And let me tell you Fleming is a very focused individual(JMHO) and intends on making GZFX successful. After all, that is what we all want isn't it--for GZFX to grow and make us money? Well, then let Fleming and Gallent run the company and if you're not comfortable with the way things are being done then sell your shares. I for one am satisfied for the time being (i.e.end of 2006). At that time, I will reassess and go from there with regards to my investment in GZFX.

Lastly, please realize that as shareholders they really do not owe us anything. Now as paying subscribers, they owe us great service or they risk losing customers.

One final note, I am not happy with the recent PPS decline(like most), but then again, I could have sold when it hit 2 1/2 cents and didn't so who's to blame? Me, right? We all made the decision to invest in GZFX, but I think we get too caught up in management should have done this or done that, that we soon realize(or should) that no one held a gun to anyone's head and made them push the buy button. It's just too easy to blame someone else. Have a little faith or Move on to another stock. It's a shear wonder that Fleming or Gallent even answer e-mails or phone calls anymore! Mark my words though, it's My humble opinion that if the barrage of e-mails/calls continue they may very well limit communication with any of us. In short, don't some of you screw it up for the rest of us! GLTA!

Disclaimer: I own approximately 1.3 million shares at a cost of around $15,000.00 and have been invested in GZFX since May 2004.
