they already own the weather...2025 is a little late .read the book Angles don't Play this HAARP you can find it on google also whitsleblower DR. L. Moret she lives in Cal and has been talking about weather weapons from some time with others. she is a geoscientist. She use to work at the livermore labs. She has helped open up the can of worms on the DU also..
