Just ignore him. He's just trying to justify our pps by the use of a reverse split which in reality, would only be a temporarly solution, not a real one. In general, reverse splits are often used as a ploy to artifically make the company look appealing, in disregards to adding any new value to the PPS in order to hold it to the new artifical price level.

Here is my original post about the matter:

"In all honesty though, people think that a reverse split will take place and in my opinion I don’t think it is necessary. Q has a viable product and a potential subscriber base. Q has come a long way and I think we will see a lot of advances in the upcoming months. What needs to happen though as I have stated before, is that Q needs to get their filings in order. This will help boost the PPS and insure investor confidence. People need to realize that reverse splits are a last resort for a company to get it's PPS up in order to attract new investors. The problem with reverse splits is that this is an artificial method of increasing share price verses increasing price though the natural buying and selling of a security. While it may increase the price temporally, the price will just fall back to original levels. Why? Well the reason is simple; nothing about the company has changed in order for the artificially inflated price to hold. A lot of times you will see Bio tech firms use this tactic to draw new investors in with the artificial price, the price falls, and the Bio tech firm now has more money to get themselves by for another quarter or so. I can guarantee you however, if an R/S is announced, most investors will pack their bags and leave QBID. Frank has stated he has plenty of funding, so that is also why I say an R/S is pointless."
