Franchise Capital Corporation Announces Aero Exhaust Series Agreement With "Two Guys Garage" on SPEED Channel

TEMECULA, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Dec 18, 2006 -- Franchise Capital Corporation (Other OTC:FCCN.PK - News) today announced that Aero Exhaust, Inc., with which it has a preliminary acquisition agreement, has signed a contract to have its performance exhaust product featured on episodes of "Two Guys Garage" on SPEED Channel. SPEED is available in over 71 million homes in North America and is considered among the fastest growing sports cable networks in the country.

Aero Exhaust mufflers are an exclusive National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) Performance product and carry the prestigious NASCAR brand on product, packaging and related media. NASCAR legend Rusty Wallace is the official spokesperson for Aero Exhaust products.

The agreement between Aero Exhaust and Brenton Productions, which produces "Two Guys Garage," includes featuring the Aero Exhaust product in 54 separate airings of the show, these segments will air in a variety of formats from, two separate runs in the "Two Guys Garage" "Parts Room" feature, a six-week Product Expo campaign, and 30-second commercials produced by Brenton Productions and using the "Two Guys Garage" set and production equipment. As part of its association with the show, the Aero Exhaust product will also be included on the "Two Guys Garage" website at www.twoguysgarage.com.

"Two Guys Garage" is entering its fifth season on SPEED, and twenty-six original episodes are being produced for the current season. From pistons to painting, welding to wheel balancing, dyno and track testing, "Two Guys Garage" covers virtually every aspect of vehicle repairing, customizing and restoring. Hosts Sam Memmolo and Dave McBride perform product demonstrations and installations on a wide variety of import and domestic cars and light trucks, and they show viewers the right way to execute modifications with hands-on projects throughout the season.
