Hope it runs bigly & MS-sufferers get relief.

But imo $GSTC's chart over the last year indicate everything that's reasonably expected to happen, as known by insiders & any potential big-money investors, regardless of JK's claims.

I understand you believe my logic is flawed, but as you say, "they are marketers first", and if you believe ANYTHING they say, it's a small leap to accept EVERYTHING they say as "potentially believable".

That's how CONMEN work.

But I appreciate the optimistic & kind folks that choose to engage & I hope it works out.

I’ve seen many of your posts and the way you operate, so I would never take offense. Your logic is flawed. The problem isn’t in texting or talking with a CEO, it’s believing everything they say. They are marketers first. If I believed everything Jim said and his timelines, I would have mortgaged the house and put it all on the line. Instead, I have put an appropriate risk to reward amount up, and continue to look for answers from Jim, and choose optimism and kindness in my doubts.

When was the last time $GSTC actually filed on-time?

How hard is it when there's nothing to report?

Too hard apparently.

My guess is $GSTC will stop being an SEC-filer and resort to PINK at some point.

Not picking on YOU specifically, but I've said many times & will stand by it forever:

Making private-contact w/ a CEO opens you to being CONNED.

These guys absolutely COUNT ON private investors making contact, and then "spreading the word" on twitter & msg boards to do the heavy lifting, without the CEO ever having to open themselves to making public statements.

They can deny phone calls, and have "deniability" regarding what they texted ("it was forward-looking").

Regardless, I recommend you stick w/ FILINGS & financials & price-action to confirm what you believe.

Whatever, no offense intended, just what I've learned trading OTC 40 years.

He does not act like a CEO who is trying to fleece the investors. He could easily be diluting 10x the volume he does and justify paying himself, but I haven’t seen that. Even his options are reasonable. In my texts and phone call, he really seems to be driven to get this medicine to people with MS. That seems like his main goal to me which would explain in part why he doesn’t reallly put our feelings and our curiosity as a priority. If we get stalled too much longer on the CRO front, I think Jim may have to bring in someone else to help finalize all the deals.

Buying the stock helps no one right now unless he tries to keep taking money from Power Up instead of an investor that would hold or sell much more gradual. With what SMHIC plans to make off this, you think a $100,000 loan wouldn't be a big lift for them, seeing Jim worked on their team at some point. Seems a little pathetic to me.
