Ask the shareholders of $NDD that exact question. Their CEO quit filing. The. SEC revoked their stock, Now they are shareholders in a private untradeable security which has zero recognized value. The company has no obligation to tell anyone anything, in my opinion. I have been told a “former” public shareholder would have to sue to get any information. What penny stock sheep is going to file suit ?

Trip OTC is straight out gambling at a high level. They take it private, we lose. Its what it is. Many OTC CEOs recently have been straight out lying , sucking retailer money and getting away legally on the fine prints. That seems to be the norm.

I still have hope thats not the case with all the restructuring but you never know how how far some of these CEOs can go to get retailer money.

I'd be more concerned if they weren't about to post record revs and if the majority of my other OTC tickers also haven't had there 10K's released for some reason? This is very odd for the loose OTC standards.

(the “Company”) is unable to file, without unreasonable effort and expense, its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2023 within the prescribed time period because the Company is still compiling information for the Form 10-K and its auditors have not completed their audit of the financial statements for the year then ended. The Company expects to file its Form 10-K on or prior to the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date.

Obviously they are now 2 weeks late (15+14 = Apr 29) after their promised late filing date.

Let's hope it isn't so, but I've seen such a breach of promise to file late turn into a never-file, which turned into a demotion to the Expert Market, which turned into an SEC revocation.
